Expired/Off-Market Listings: 149 (246, 148, 126)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: 225 (120, 43, 97)
Active single-family home listings: 2559 (2380, 2202, 2034)
Active condo listings: 2213 (2110, 2050, 2035)
Homes 4-week running average: $493 ($499, $500, $500)
Condos 4-week running average: $236 ($231, $233, $235)

The latest benchmark rate increase by Bank of Canada is cooling the booming real estate market in Ontario as well. Less bidding wars, and some time for home inspection at least we get now! A sigh of relief for buyers! But, mortgages got expensive, that's the pinch! What do you think?
