Expired/Off-Market Listings: 147 (190, 149, 246)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: 186 (192, 225, 120)
Active single-family home listings: 2942 (2754, 2559, 2380)
Active condo listings: 2358 (2294, 2213, 2110)
Homes 4-week running average: $483 ($488, $493, $499)
Condos 4-week running average: $236 ($236, $236, $231)
Looks like we are heading in the wrong direction
