Price Changes: 435 (508, 439, 442)
Expired/Off-Market Listings: 147 (190, 149, 246)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: 186 (192, 225, 120)
Active single-family home listings: 2942 (2754, 2559, 2380)
Active condo listings: 2358 (2294, 2213, 2110)
Homes 4-week running average: $483 ($488, $493, $499)
Condos 4-week running average: $236 ($236, $236, $231)

Looks like we are heading in the wrong direction

That is a rather steep drop in sales over the past few weeks, however, moving to a balanced market is a good thing, assuming inventory doesn't grow too quickly.

The good news is the war is still on. The problem is most people aren't going to base their buying decision on the war lasting forever.
