Net loss/gain in listings this week: 83 (190, 88, 140)
Active single family home listings: 2,992 (2,958, 2,848, 2,781)
Active condo listings: 2,520 (2,494, 2,411, 2,369)
Homes 4-week running average: $436k ($433k, $430k, $440k)
Condos 4-week running average: $256k ($251k, $246k, $239k)
