New Website! EdmontonRealEstate.pro gets Major Upgrade

It's not broken, we just moved your cheese.
It's been just over five years since we've done any major updates to our very popular home search website EdmontonRealEstate.pro. Last time, on December 15, 2015, we had about 5,500 user sessions a day. Lately, we've been averaging about 17,000 user sessions a day. The most traffic we ever saw in one day was 19,803 user sessions on June 30, 2020.
So why change things? Especially when we know people love the site, and people hate change.

Awards season is not just for celebrities, real estate agents receive awards at this time of year as well. In the industry, agents are typically given awards for selling a lot of real estate, which in our minds, does not necessarily equate to being a great real estate agent. On Monday, August 20, City Council will be voting on whether to approve changes to the Zoning Bylaw to make building secondary suites (basement suites) easier in Edmonton.
